Job Title: Online Store Administrator & Retail Assistant

About Us:
Leonidas is renowned for selling high-quality chocolates through our well-established retail and
online store. We take pride in offering exceptional products and service to our customers.
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic individual with strong administrative, retail, and
digital skills to support and grow our online store while assisting in retail operations. This is an
exciting and varied role that combines administration, e-commerce, and hands-on retail work.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations:
o Process and print online orders, ensuring all shipping documentation is
completed accurately.
o Prepare and pack orders to a high standard, meeting quality and time targets.
o Update and amend website content, including product descriptions, promotions,
and imagery.
Retail & Stock Management:
o Provide retail shop cover at our Leonidas store in Central Market.
o Manage stock levels, place supply orders, and process deliveries efficiently.
o Maintain accurate paperwork to comply with food safety standards.
Team Collaboration & Training:
o Train and direct temporary staff during busy trading periods (e.g., Christmas,
Easter).
o Work closely with management to ensure the smooth running of operations.
o Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance
the business.
About You:
Attention to Detail: You’ll work with approximately 130 different chocolates, requiring
accuracy and care to ensure every order is perfect.
Versatile & Adaptable: You’re comfortable juggling a variety of tasks and willing to step
into different roles to support the team during busy periods.
Initiative & Problem-Solving: A small permanent team of five means you’ll need to
work independently and find solutions as challenges arise.
Team Player: You bring a positive, can-do attitude and thrive in a collaborative
environment.
Customer-Focused: Whether packing orders or assisting customers in-store, you’re
committed to delivering excellent service.
Additional Information:
Hours: Full-time, with flexibility during quieter periods (e.g., summer).
Salary: Competitive, dependent on previous experience.
